Ski Big White!

Big White is the second largest Family Ski Resort in British Columbia with one of Canada’s largest, modern lift systems. The mountain’s amazing 2,834 acres of patrolled terrain offers impeccably groomed runs suitable for downhill skiers of all abilities. With over 7.5 meters (24.5 feet) of champagne powder annually, it's easy to see why "it's the snow" is our motto!

Night Skiing

Ski under bright lights in the largest night skiing area in Western Canada!

We turn the lights on the Bullet Express and Plaza Chair, giving you access to 2569 hectares (8429 acres) of terrain. With a night lift capacity of over 3000 people per hour, the Plaza Chair and the Bullet High Speed Chairs whisk skiers to the top of the longest vertical drop (1955 feet from the top of the Bullet lift) of all night skiing areas in North America!

Canadian Snowshoeing has become easier than ever with new lightweight designs, making it a great family activity. Experienced trail guides can take you on a tour and provide you with knowledge of the Big White area, or you can venture on your own. Snowshoeing tour options are available from beginner to advanced, making this a fun winter adventure for all skill levels.

Located in the Happy Valley Adventure Park, the Big White Tube Park offers tons of fun for all ages. No skill or equipment are required - just a sense of adventure and a desire for excitement.

The Tube Park has 5 specially-groomed lanes that allow thrill seekers to enjoy a high-speed ride down the slopes, even after the lifts close. Our new tube lift capacity accommodates up to 50 tube riders per hour to maximize your fun!

Adaptive Program by People in Motion

Powder Hounds Adaptive Program is a specialized program designed for physical, cognitive and sensory challenges ran by People in Motion, a non-profit society located out of Kelowna, BC, Canada. This adaptive program is available to children and adults with disabilities who wish to participate in downhill skiing or snowboarding at Big White Ski Resort. The program is designed to meet the needs of anyone with physical, cognitive, or sensory challenges. The program runs 7 days a week during the regular Big White ski season.
