Skiing & Snowboarding

EVERY TURN: ANOTHER POSSIBILITY.

With nearly 3,000 acres of terrain across 4,265 vertical feet of fall line perfection, you just might find a new favourite run with every descent.

It's the biggest terrain you've never skied! Glide down endless, meandering, corduroy cruisers, or watch future Olympians rip down meticulously manicured race courses. Tackle the freshly gladed, powdery paradise of Taynton Bowl, with its over 750 acres of ex-heliskiing glory, or drop in to the Extreme Dream Zone and see if your turns are tighter than the spacing of the trees. Or take the most memorable journey of all and learn to turn in the custom designed Discovery zone; perfect for first timers and families.

Cross Country Skiing

The Panorama Nordic Centre at Greywolf offers more than 20+ km of regularly groomed trails dedicated to cross-country skiing. Through forest and alongside Toby Creek, the cross-country specific trails provide an uncrowded experience in spectacular mountain scenery.

Mountain Hut Dining

UNIQUE AND VERY PANORAMA.

Experience unforgettable gourmet dining at 8000 feet!

Summit Hut

Located 2,450 m / 8,038 ft at the summit of Panorama, this charming hut serves up 360° views alongside smokies, soups, burgers, tacos and Ray's famous chili. Top it off with their liquor filled signature coffees, refreshing beverages and alcoholic drinks. The views from the expansive deck provide the perfect backdrop for capturing that picturesque Panorama moment. The hut itself is wood heated and guests can also warm up on the deck around a large outdoor wood fired stove.

Elkhorn Cabin

The Elkhorn Cabin is located on the side of the slopes, midway down Rollercoaster and boasts some of the best views on the mountain. This historical cabin serves up intimate lunches featuring homemade soups and traditional Swiss alpine style cheese grill (Raclette) and features dozen of BC wines, craft beers and liqueurs. Raclette is a decadent Swiss tradition where Raclette cheese is melted and served over an assortment of breads, vegetables and meats.

Hut One

Found at the top the Mile 1 Express, this tiny hut is surrounded by an oversized deck with views of the mountains and village. Serving up grilled sandwiches, warm beverages and an array of snacks, Hut One will be your new favourite stop on your way up the slopes to relax by a firepit, and enjoy the view.

Fat Biking

ENJOY THE OUTDOORS AND BIKE IN THE WINTER!

Since its debut in western Canada more than decade ago Winter fat biking has never looked back. With over-sized tires perfect for riding on packed snow, a fat bike is a fun way to explore the quiet multi-use trails and snowy roads around the resort. Our fat bike trails offer both a single track and groomed double track shared trails with snowshoers.

Heliskiing

Where altitude is everything!

Canada's highest heli operation! RK. Heliski welcomes you to 1,500 square kilometres of incredible terrain for a small group experience in the spectacular Purcell Mountains. The legendary Jumbo Valley and many others comprise of perfect gladded tree runs, where the higher elevations of the Purcell Mountains, offer the open bowls and glaciated runs.

Snowshoeing

TAKE A WALK THROUGH NATURE

A great way to get outdoors and experience the beautiful forest surrounding the resort. There are several different trails around the resort for you to explore independently, or if you prefer a guided tour we host a variety of snowshoe activities throughout the week.

Outdoor Pools

SOAK, SWIM, RELAX!

Panorama lodging guests can relax and enjoy the expansive pools area located at Panorama Springs Lodge, or the Toby Pool in the lower village. Children will enjoy splashing around and swimming in the pools, while adults can relax in the hot tubs and let the jets gently massage their worries away.

Terrain Park

Horseshoe Park

A full top to bottom terrain park with features to progress on from beginner to XL. The upper half of the park features four jumps and seven boxes/rails that make up a beginner line and intermediate line. There's lots of space and lots of options. The lower section of the park is built like a true slopestyle line and offers three jumps and four box/rail features for those high intermediate to advanced riders.
